How to ask
- Email hello@launchoninsta.fun with your Instagram handle, or DM our Instagram account.
- We confirm it's you through your Instagram account.
- We delete your data within 30 days and let you know.
What gets deleted
- Your Instagram account ID and username
- Your payout wallet on our records
- Your sessions
What we can't delete
Anything on the Solana blockchain, like the coin itself, past trades and past payouts. It's public and permanent.
Claim your fees first. Once your data is deleted we can't verify you, so unclaimed fees can't be paid out.
Removing the app in Instagram
You can also remove LaunchOnInsta in Instagram under Settings, then Apps and websites. That stops our access. We then delete your data as above.
